Media publishing

In RadioMan®, system program and media production is targeted not only for broadcasting radio but also for publishing on the web, on-demand, and on social media. Media publishing enables separate handling of programs and media items from channels and timeslots so that they can be created, edited, stored, and published on broadcast shows or directly to other publishing channels.

Effortless content sharing

RadioMan’s media publishing enables pre-defined (automatic) publishing both to Live playout or an internal on-demand platform such as an online content platform to engage audiences where and when you want to.

Control your media channels in real time

The RadioMan data model supports publishing information data so that produced media can be published to a selected media channel according to specified publishing time, immediately after release, or after a terrestrial broadcast.

Target media channels are handled by the system and Message Publisher interface so that the target set can be freely specified and managed.

The Message Publisher interface activates publishing media, programmes and now playing information to different channels like websites and online publishing channels. If a media item is to be published from a broadcast, the publishing event, auto-recording, etc., data can be specified already at the long-term template level.

RadioMan’s media publishing feature makes working more efficient. When you use a template-level definition of media publishing, you can streamline your workflows. Defining, for example, which content goes to a website or social media channels or when you want to publish it ensures your content is always coherent.

What’s interesting

Regarding social media, users can publish media files directly to Facebook and Twitter.

One specific feature of media publishing is the concept of series handling so that media can be planned, produced, and published based on production series and episodes. This is especially important to media production for non- broadcasted media publishing like on-demand, website, and podcasts.

Media Publishing data also allows associated media like pictures, descriptions, texts, and video files to be published together with the original media item.
